Pierre Raffard

Doctor in geography from Paris-Sorbonne University, Pierre Raffard is a teacher, researcher and consultant. After a doctoral thesis devoted to the food strategies of migrant communities in Istanbul, he focused his research on the political and geopolitical dimension of food, current transformations in consumption practices, as well as themes linked to agricultural and food innovation. He currently teaches geopolitics and international relations at the Institute of International Relations Studies in Paris.
